At Humana, we're advancing our journey orchestration capabilities to deliver personalized, real-time member experiences. As a Lead, Pharmacy Regulatory Comms AXP, you'll drive the strategic development and optimization of Next Best Action capabilities across Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer. You'll lead cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable, data-driven journeys that improve engagement and outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the NBA execution strategy and roadmap, aligning capabilities with enterprise goals and member experience objectives

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, configuration, and deployment of personalized journeys using AJO and AEP

  • Partner with lifecycle marketing, data science, analytics, and channel teams to activate NBA logic and optimize targeting

  • Oversee platform governance, including audience segmentation, event triggers, and personalization rules

  • Monitor performance metrics and partner with analytics to refine journey logic and improve outcomes

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AJO/AEP capabilities and mentor others on best practices in journey orchestration

  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and MarTech teams to ensure platform scalability and integration

  • Deliver orchestrated journeys that improve member engagement, satisfaction, and health outcomes

  • Enable real-time personalization through advanced NBA logic and platform capabilities

  • Drive innovation in marketing operations by aligning technology with strategic priorities

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, related field or equivalent number of years in work/education experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, lifecycle marketing, or journey orchestration.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SFMC, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms.

  • Proven leadership in product management and cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Strong understanding of NBA frameworks, real-time decisioning, and personalization logic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO

  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services

  • Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP, XDM schemas, and API-driven personalization

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

Additional Information

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.

  • Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$115,200 - $158,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
