Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Organization: Elite HVAC Heating & Air
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Providing information on products and services offered by Elite HVAC
- Assisting customers with scheduling appointments and service calls
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Maintaining customer records and updating the customer database
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $50 per hour
- Currency: USD
- Frequency of Pay: Hourly
- Maximum Experience Required: 2 years
- Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
