RGM Analyst – Customer Investment

The Position

The Revenue Growth Management Analyst (RGM) – Customer Investment role is a role that assists and collaborates with the RGM Managers to help ensure we are investing both our trade spend and shopper marketing funds in the right way. They will also help ensure the teams stay within their trade budgets. The RGM Analyst will be working with the RGM Managers within certain sales teams for all brands.

Overview of the role:

Assist the RGM Managers with analysis of trade investments along with accuracy of inputs into our trade system:

• Review TPM Inputs and assisting sales in correcting inputs
• Build out scenarios with RGM managers on how to better invest funds
• Assist RGM managers with Excel buildouts and reporting
• Build out post promo analysis detail to help support Managers
• Collaborate regularly with RGM Managers to review project status and priorities
• Ensure sales teams stay within budgeted trade rates (Customer & Brand)
• Review promotional plans and come up with solutions for the sales team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field.
• 0-2 years of finance, trade or similar experience
• Strong Excel knowledge -pivots, lookups, formulas
• Preferred: SAP TPM experience

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst plays a key role in driving profitable growth through data-driven insights and analytics. This position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate pricing, promotional effectiveness, assortment opportunities, trade investment, and customer profitability.

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles; the salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 and annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations and targeted salary is midpoint of range.
