We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-first Human Resources Manager who is ready to take ownership of the entire employee journey—from attracting top talent to creating outstanding employee experience that drives retention, growth, and success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting using modern sourcing strategies and tools
  • Guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding
  • Coordinate interviews and create a seamless, positive hiring experience
  • Build and improve onboarding workflows and employee processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and make strong hiring decisions
  • Support retention through engagement initiatives and follow-ups
  • Proactively identify and help resolve employee-related challenges
  • Track recruiting performance, tools, and spend

What You Bring

  • Detail-oriented and accuracy-driven—you catch what others miss
  • Highly organized—you bring structure and clarity to complex work
  • Experience in recruiting, HR operations, or people coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary up to $86,000
  • 100% company-paid health, dental & vision (90% for family)
