Forklift Operator – Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Location: Elwood, IL and Joliet, IL
Available Shifts
Standard Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Weekend Shift: Thursday–Monday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Additional Shifts (with OT):
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (5 openings)
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (10 openings)
- Must be available for overtime during the week and on Saturdays
Equipment Requirements
- Must have experience operating Crown Stand-Up Reach or Stand-Up Counterbalance forklifts
- Must be proficient in at least one and willing to be trained on the other

- Previous forklift experience (stand-up equipment required)
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse environment
