Customer Service Support Specialist
:
Responsibilities include assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Addressing customer concerns. in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Working with other departments to resolve customer requests. Keeping up-to-date with company products, services, and policies.
