Kitchen Manager
Fiya, Middle Eastern restaurant in Andersonville, is looking for an experienced kitchen manager. The successful candidate will have experience ordering, managing staff, overseeing food costs, scheduling and training. This is a hands-on position and includes daily shifts as a prep, line cook or expo. We expect this person to be scheduled for around 35-45 hours per week. Experience with a wood fired oven a plus. Must have open availability. Compensation will be based on experience. Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter. Must have experience as a manager.
