What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the glue that holds the team together—interfacing with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales orders, logistics, and invoicing. On a typical day, you might:

• Maintain vendor/customer accounts and assist in accounts receivable collections
• Manage inventory records, shipping data, and purchasing documentation
• Coordinate shipments and logistics with warehousing and freight teams
• Process transactions using SAP and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Prepare customs documents and liaise with brokers and insurance teams
• Coordinate payment of invoices
• Compile reports and support ad hoc administrative needs

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, or related field ideal)
• 2+ years of relevant experience in inside sales, customer service, logistics, or operations
• Basic Accounting skills (required)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, SUMIFS)
• Prior SAP experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
