Bartender

Lark Pizza is looking to expand our team and seeking a strong BARTENDER. The position is Part time and must be able to work weekends.

Candidates must have relevant Bartender experience within the hospitality industry. A strong knowledge base and passion for wine/spirits/craft beer is paramount. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and overall success of the restaurant.

About Us:

Now Open, meet Little Lark , a new specialty pizza concept on the vibrant Guild Row campus in Avondale. Little Lark will serve neo-Neapolitan-style pizza with blistered, airy-yet-crisp crusts, topped with seasonal ingredients and Italian classics. The pizzeria promises to feature pies topped with Lardon’s signature house-cured salumi, staying true to Meadowlark Hospitality’s ingredient-driven ethos. Expect light and crushable cocktails and a thoughtful by-the-glass wine list focused on natural, easy-drinking selections ideal for warm weather. With a little help from our very own Abe Vucekovich, Little Lark’s menu will provide patio-ready cocktails crafted with the same attention to detail found across any Meadowlark concept.

THE IDEAL BARTENDER: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Experience in a high-volume craft cocktail environment is necessary. 
• Candidates must have relevant experience within the hospitality industry. A strong knowledge base and passion for beer, whiskey, & classic cocktails is necessary. 
• Must demonstrate superior beverage knowledge, including styles, industry trends, and various other aspects of the beverage industry. 
• You enjoy sharing your expertise of spirits, bitters, beer, wine and more.
• Bartenders must be able to easily cultivate a memorable guest experience with a superior translation of our passion for food and beverage.
• Work as a team with all of the Meadowlark Hospitality staff in order to foster a healthy work environment as well as a successful service.
• Guests ask for you by name because they loved having you as their bartender last time.
• Experience in high volume/fast pace is a plus. 
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment.
• Servsafe and basset/TIPS certified
• Comfort in using TOAST system or coordinating POS system.
