Location: Onsite in Lake Bluff, IL

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee small to large scale projects focusing on non-IT business applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop plans, and guide teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise with data visualization tools and application support will ensure efficient project execution and operational success.

Day in the Life

• Coordinate project activities and resources across teams and vendors
• Develop and monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders
• Manage application maintenance and software lifecycle documentation
• Support and optimize regulatory database systems

Your Qualifications

• 1-6 years of project management experience in a business application setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Apps: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Experience in data visualization and metrics development
• Familiar with application maintenance and document management with IT/vendor teams
• Power user/administrator of regulatory databases used in the department
