Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Pay & Benefits:

• $2,240–$2,310 per week (based on experience).
• Weekly direct deposit.

• Contract for the full school year, with potential renewal for 26/27 SY.

Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Audiology.
• CCC-SLP certification in the State of Illinois.
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement required.

Position Details:

• Full-time (35–40 hours/week).
• Provide speech and language therapy to students across grade levels.
• Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise or consult with support staff as needed.
• Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems when appropriate.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that inspires growth.
