Jōtō is a vibrant sushi restaurant and distillery in the heart of West Loop, and we’re looking for friendly, professional, and motivated experienced servers to join our front of house team.

Experienced server with restaurant or hospitality background
Sushi knowledge is plus
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
Knowledge of sushi or sake is a plus
