Retail Storefront Lead

As a Customer Service Front Showcase Lead, you'll be the face of our store. You will assist customers at checkout, manage the front showcase area, answer questions, and ensure the store environment is clean, friendly, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
• Train new cashiers on register
• Answer general product or pricing questions
• Maintain and organize the front showcase displays (jewelry, valuables, electronics, etc.)
• Monitor and secure high-value items to prevent loss
• Restock showcase and register supplies as needed
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized
• Work with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth and productive workflow
• Assist with tagging or pricing when needed
• You could be asked to work in other departments that are not just front of house areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail, customer service, or cashier experience a plus (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Friendly attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail, especially when handling cash or high-value items
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay: $18.00 per hour
