Project Manager
Job Description: Project Manager at Elite HVAC Heating & Air
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned HVAC projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure project goals are met
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to communicate project status and updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and manage project risks to minimize disruptions and delays
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a project manager in the HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD annually
