Pay: $25–$28/hour | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Status: Hourly, At-Will
Overview
House of Rental is seeking a People & Operations Administrator to support HR functions, employee training, workplace culture, and daily operations. This role partners with management to maintain a positive, organized, and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Support employee relations, onboarding, and personnel records
Assist managers with performance reviews, discipline, and policy enforcement
Coordinate recruiting, interviews, and candidate communication
Develop and support employee training and safety programs
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support sales, operations, and internal marketing initiatives
Promote workplace safety, wellness, and compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years in HR, office administration, or employee operations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
- Experience with training or SOPs preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) mandatory
