Construction General Manager - EP
We are seeking an experienced Construction General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage project managers, and lead hiring and team development efforts. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations across all projects.
- Manage and support project managers and field teams.
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management practices and construction processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
