Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
• Supervise the marketing team and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
• Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications.
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
• Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
• Manage social media outreach and targeting to maximize engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superlative communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and direct a marketing team.
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
• A strong eye for opportunities in conjunction with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
• Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, capable of handling fast-paced environments and deadline pressures.
• Extensive experience with marketing software and tools; familiarity with CRM platforms.
