They are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Operations Coordinator to join their professional development and operations team.

Job Description:

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a cross-functional team that manages employee development initiatives and operational workflows. You’ll be involved in a variety of people-centered projects ranging from onboarding and performance evaluations to employee experience tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor performance evaluation cycles for 300+ employees
• Maintain internal databases related to employee experience, certifications, and development plans
• Create and distribute reports related to staffing, development progress, and operational metrics
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Collaborate cross-functionally to validate and update employee data
• Conduct check-ins and monitor 30/60/90 day onboarding milestones
• Assist with various internal research and administrative projects
• Ensure proper documentation and process tracking via SharePoint and other tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of professional, corporate experience (HR, operations, or project coordination a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Canva preferred
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments
• A people-oriented, upbeat personality – not afraid to be a little creative or fun in the workplace
