- Casual attire, such as jeans and nice shirts, is acceptable in our Tinley Park office as this job is not remote.
- Successfully passing the Illinois insurance producer licensing in a reasonable timeframe.
- Giving our customers positive interactions, whether through phone calls, emails, texts, or in person.
- Every conversation carefully documented for future reference.
- Becoming knowledgeable about the products available and how they can benefit our customers.
- Learning about the customer and offering multiple solutions to their specific problems or goals.
- Being able to communicate the features and benefits of appropriate products, present pricing, and successfully complete the transaction
- Efficiently handling multiple tasks, ensuring customers are responded to promptly while other responsibilities are still met.
- Annual $45K to $60K
