A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Overnight Pharmacy Technician 1 in Bolingbrook, IL 60440.

The Pharmacy Technician 1 will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential.
This would be part-time (24 hours per week) , Monday–Wednesday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM , onsite at the Micro Fulfillment Center .

Compensation:

• The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, packaging, and distribution of prescription drug products
• Process new patient registrations, refill requests, and insurance claims in compliance with HIPAA
• Resolve prescription exceptions, claim rejects , and escalated member or physician issues
• Research and correct rejected insurance billing issues and third-party claim denials
• Operate and maintain automated pharmacy machinery , sort and transition inventory through workflow stages
• Count, fill, label, pack, and ship prescription orders
• Communicate with pharmacists and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain work area cleanliness and organization per GMP and safety standards

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of pharmacy technician or pharmacy operations experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be eligible for Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Illinois (no active license required)
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency; 25+ WPM required, 35+ WPM preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive tasks, and maintain focus on accuracy
• Willing to perform hands-on work including pushing, pulling, grasping, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or call center experience
• Previous experience in retail or mail order pharmacy settings
• Intermediate to advanced keyboarding and computer navigation skills

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Pharmacy Technician coursework or national certification
