Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for a variety of musculoskeletal and functional conditions.
• Provide one-on-one care in private treatment spaces , ensuring patients receive focused, uninterrupted attention.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to enhance rehabilitation and performance programs.
• Educate patients on their progress and strategies to maintain long-term health and wellness.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative environment with team members to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Valid Illinois license to practice physical therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on personalized, hands-on care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and team members.
• Dedication to staying current with evidence-based practices and advancing professional growth.
