Bilingual Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Manage the busy front desk with confidence and a warm, welcoming presence
• Answer a high volume of calls, directing them to the right departments while maintaining a polished tone
• Greet everyone from top executives to interviewees with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with setting up meetings and events
• Keep the front office looking sharp and organized
• Support internal teams with exciting projects and office-related tasks
• Occasionally coordinate catering to keep things running smoothly during meetings

Bilingual Receptionist Requirements:

• Proficient in both Spanish and English to engage with diverse guests and employees
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment. Professional services experience is a plus!
• Strong skills with MS Office and other basic office technologies
• The ability to stay calm, collected and professional under pressure
