Interim Executive Assistant

A leading global investment management firm headquartered in Chicago is seeking an experienced Interim Executive Assistant to support two senior partners in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

This Interim Executive Assistant role is critical to ensuring leadership operates efficiently day-to-day. The position requires a proactive professional who can manage complexity, anticipate needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism while supporting executives responsible for strategic investment decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level administrative support to two senior partners
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple priorities using Microsoft Outlook
• Serve as a trusted liaison with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
• Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and proactive adjustments when plans change
• Prepare and organize executive materials including presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing documents
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives
• Prepare and submit expense reports with strong attention to detail
• Support special projects and operational needs as they arise

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting senior executives or partners in finance, private equity, investment management, or professional services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional calendar management and scheduling expertise
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused

Compensation: $40-$50/hour
