Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000
YOUR ROLE
- Support NORTAM Sr. Quality Manager in a consistent cascade of Quality objectives, targets and performance measurement with a targeted approach to improvement across multiple locations across the United States.
- Support growth by partnering with business development to interpret customer requirements, devise and execute cost effective and efficient solutions. Collaborate with operational teams to identify and mitigate risk, eliminate waste, standardize, streamline and improve business processes, and increase operational efficiencies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance as appropriate, strict adherence to customer, legal and location/country & regional QHS&E Management System(s) requirements, and unwavering alignment with CEVA’s Global & NORTAM Framework
- Development means to measure and monitor compliance, business development, processes, and QHSE systems for efficiency, reliability, and performance at the location, country, and regional level. Report / present deficiencies, generate and execute correction plans to solve accordingly.
- Ensure the coordination with all stakeholders of Customer complaints and Claims Management and related CAPA.
- Perform Internal Audits with the objective of ensuring compliance with Standards and Customer requirements.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Partner with Business Development, Operations & Products teams to provide technical guidance/oversight relating to ISO, legal & regulatory requirements, enabling & assisting with strategy development & execution (not limited to new business)
- Review “Requests for Information” (RFIs), “Requests for Proposals” (RFPs), “Scopes of Work” (SOW) & legal documentation for new customer, partner, or supplier opportunities; identify risk & action; accordingly, devise solutions and present to internal / external stakeholders as applicable
- Devise cost effective, efficient & sustainable solutions to ensure compliance with SOWs, SOPs, legal, regulatory & applicable QHSE management system requirements
- Coordinate Customer Complaints and Claims and associated CAPA. Ensures timely response to customers.
- Participate, lead efforts, or represent Quality during Business/Management reviews, Risks Analysis, Kaizen/Lean events, internal/external audits; Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs); performance improvement projects, Suppliers Evaluation & Qualifications, Document Control, between others.
- Implement, manage & continually improve location/country & regional QHSE Management Systems; ensuring alignment with the Global & NORTAM Framework; resolve internal & external deficiencies/complaints
- Manage global reliability & quality tools; perform system validations (as applicable)
- Create, execute & maintain project plans, not limited to quality improvements & implementations, or start ups
- Implement, manage & continually improve location/country & regional QHSE Management Systems; ensuring alignment with the Global Framework; resolve internal & external deficiencies/complaints
- Support Global Quality & Healthcare Framework compliance, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GDP Certification.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (or equivalent discipline)
- Fluent in English, Spanish desirable
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Compliance
- ISO 9001 Lead /Internal Auditor certification
- Experience implementing management Systems & application of international standards (i.e. ISO 9001/ISO 13485, GDP, etc)
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Project, PowerPoint, & SharePoint; advanced proficiency with Excel
- Extensive experience (2+years) & application of improvement methodologies (i.e. 5Y, Kaizen, DMAIC, JIT, Poka-Yoke etc.)
- Proven change & project management experience relating to a wide range of complex, cross-functional projects
- Warehousing, distribution, contract logistics/manufacturing & Value Add Service (VAS) experience

- Master's Degree
- Business Intelligence (BI) / Analytical Software; Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Lead or Internal Auditor certification(s): ISO 13485, 45001, 14001, AS9100/9120, TS19649
- International Air Transport Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods; Hazardous Material (HAZMAT)
- U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA); 21 CFR Part 11; Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Global Food Safety Initiative for Storage and Distribution Facilities (GFSI)
