I’m partnering with a highly sophisticated, technology-driven financial services organization to identify a Senior Paralegal to join their in-house legal team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

What you’ll be involved in:

• Supporting SEC, FINRA, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Managing KYC/AML processes and related workflows
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor, licensing)
• Assisting with corporate governance and entity management
• Supporting due diligence, audits, and internal policy development
• Partnering closely with Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams

What they’re looking for:

• 10+ years of AMLaw or financial services/corporate paralegal experience
• Strong background in regulatory compliance, contracts, and governance
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Exposure to fintech, data privacy, or cybersecurity is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $100K–$150K (commensurate with experience)
