What Youll Do

• Create a positive memorable experience for every customer.
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Sell services and parts prepare accurate estimates and obtain approvals.
• Manage scheduling track vehicles and maintain detailed work order notes.
• Support shop operations with flexibility and professionalism.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must possess a current valid drivers license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty transparency and outstanding work.
• MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
• Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
• Strong customer service skills.
• MUST HAVE 1 or more years experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.

$19$23.50/hour
