Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

We're hiring an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team at Castle Automotive Group in Downers Grove.

AP/AR Clerk Responsibilities

• Calls to receivables and weekly follow-up


• Applies payments to accounts


• Runs AR statements


• Posts payables


• Completes expense analysis


• Pays vendors in a timely manner


• Reconciling statements to accounts payable; following up on any missing invoices


• Preparing a bank deposit every morning


• Orders office supplies, keep track that the dealership is stocked with the necessary items
  

AP/AR Clerk Qualifications

• At least three years of AP/AR experience within a dealership setting


• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills


• Familiarity with dealership processes and systems


• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized


• Desire to jump in to support the team wherever there's a need

AP/AR Clerk: $21 - $23/hour

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
