Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and present good, better, and best solutions.
- Create cost estimates, detailed proposals, and clear quotes for homeowners.
- Produce detailed drawings and sketches for the planned work.
- Offer solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
- Complete comprehensive installation paperwork, specifying all work and materials needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Passion for excellence, high credibility, and self-discipline.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
