Job Title: Customer Account Representative / Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support quoting, order processing, and account management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate communication, timely execution, and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting both existing accounts and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and estimates based on customer-provided conceptual engineering prints and specifications
• Enter and manage customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing
• Assist with the evaluation and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal departments throughout product development and production stages
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing account support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, project updates, and delivery timelines
• Support customers with time-sensitive requests and project requirements in a high-volume environment
• Communicate effectively across multiple product lines and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
• Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems and order management processes
• experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus:
  • Semiconductor
  • Military / Defense
  • Aerospace
  • Medical
  • Industrial manufacturing

This is a Permanent position based out of Libertyville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $66500.00 - $88000.00/yr.

10% quartly bonus for hitting sales goals

This is a fully onsite position in Libertyville,IL.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 9, 2026.
