JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support inventory receiving via entry of data and other administrative duties as may be needed
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part-time (with opportunity for growth to full-time hours)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Match inventory receiving documents with customer’s work order number
2. Contact vendors or shipping companies for information if product is received without customer PO reference or sufficient information to identify to which client product is to be delivered to by ISI.
3. Generate receiving information and send to applicable client indicating product has been received.
4. Update receiving information in order system.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Concerted effort and attention to detail and accuracy;
2. Organized and able to multi-task;
3. Ability to communicate clearly and positively with client, vendors, and ISI team to ensure successful installation;
4. Proficient with Microsoft programs, like Word and Excel;
5. Ability to manage time effectively; and
6. Understand necessity of meeting deadlines.
