Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of New Product Development Lab Technician Intern at our offices in Sterling, Illinois.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist with new product engineering and products
- Perform lab testing using NI FlexLogger software
- Organize and analyze data using Excel and DiaDem
- Wire up parts for testing and help with basic test set-up
- Other projects as assigned by supervisor
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Current undergraduate or recent graduate
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering with an understanding of electronics and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of basic lab equipment is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to integrate and work within a highly collaborative and diverse group of individuals
- Strong Organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple ongoing projects
