Automotive PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) & Reconditioning Technician
The Automotive PDR & Reconditioning Technician at Miles Chevrolet in Decatur, Illinois will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using paintless dent repair techniques, performing paint touch-ups, interior touch-ups, accessory installations, and reconditioning tasks to ensure vehicles are in top condition for customers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct paintless dent repairs on vehicles
- Perform paint touch-ups and interior touch-ups on vehicles
- Perform reconditioning tasks such as detailing, buffing, and polishing vehicles
- Perform accessory installations, such as vinyl stickers, blackout emblems, and other minor accessories
- Work efficiently to meet repair and reconditioning deadlines
- Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in automotive PDR required
- Previous experience in any reconditioning is recommended, although some can be trained
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
