Glaucoma Surgeon - Ophthalmologist -Partnership track, surgery center buy in

This is one of the best ophthalmology opportunities in the nation. A multi-specialty, physician owned, ophthalmology group is looking for a glaucoma fellowship trained ophthalmologist on a partnership track. The new associate would see both glaucoma and comprehensive/cataract patients and be able to pick up patients quickly from the current glaucoma surgeons at the practice. The practice owns its own surgery center, and each surgeon only takes 2 weeks of call per year.
The practice provides full autonomy to their surgeons in setting their schedules, this even includes how many days per week an associate wants to work. In clinic, each surgeon has 3-4 techs assisting them with patients, these techs are tenured and well trained. Surgically, the new surgeon will focus on glaucoma cases and be able to refractive cataract surgery if there is an interest.
The practice is open minded on compensation but offers a production bonus over 50% from day one. This is one of the highest bonuses Ive encountered. Once a partner, this number can grow even more. Most of the surgeons in the practice are partners and the buy in is very affordable. On top of all this, the practice has no debt.
