Schedule & Daily Flow

Your 2.5-day schedule will be confirmed during interviews. The practice operates:

• Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM

• Tuesday: 7 AM – 4 PM

• Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM

• Thursday: 9 AM – 6 PM

• Friday: 7 AM – 1 PM

3-column GP schedule with strong assisting and front-office support.

Compensation Structure

• Daily Guarantee for the first 3–6 months

• Collections-Based Tiers :

  • First $35K/mo: 30%

  • $35K–$40K: 31%

  • $40K–$45K: 32%

  • Over $45K: 33%

‍⚕ Clinical Requirements

We're seeking a GP who can perform:

• Mandibular molar endo (complex cases referred out)

• Surgical extractions of impacted thirds (complex cases referred)

• Advanced restorative dentistry

• Preferred but Not Required: Implant experience

You'll have daily mentorship and access to a visiting periodontist for surgical/implant cases.

New graduates welcome – personality, motivation, and coachability matter most.
