Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its growing practice. The firm represents businesses, healthcare providers, insurers, and professionals in a broad range of civil litigation and defense matters throughout Illinois. We have offices in both Peoria and Springfield Why join us? Starting salary ranges from $100,000 to $200,000, with performance-based bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and professional development support. For lateral candidates, total compensation is based on experience and qualifications. For full-time employees, benefits include: Health, dental and vision insurance

- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar (or ability to waive in)
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience drafting motions and conducting discovery
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and client service skills
