The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers through our fit process, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash register transactions accurately.
• Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist in pricing, markdowns, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic understanding of retail math concepts is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
