Physical Therapist

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Salary range: $1,505.00 - $2,180.00 gross per week (based on 40 hours)

The Physical Therapist I provides medically prescribed physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient recovery across acute care and outpatient settings, with a specialty focus in lymphedema and orthopedic conditions.
New graduates are encouraged to apply, with structured onboarding and mentorship to support a successful transition into practice.
Responsibilities:- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training
- Treat patients with orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, neurological, and lymphedema-related conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care and discharge planning
- Educate patients on treatment plans and safety
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Current state Physical Therapy license.
3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
4. Prior experience of treating orthopedic conditions preferred.
5. Prior experience of treating orthopedic conditions preferred. Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) required
6. Experienced with Lymphedema required

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $37.63 to $54.50 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
