Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Conduct on-site assessments and create tailored security proposals.
• Present services and negotiate contracts with decision-makers.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Collaborate with operations for seamless onboarding.
• Track and report sales activities using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in B2B sales (security, staffing, or facility services preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
