Part-Time Receptionist
Medical Office Receptionist – Part Time
Qualification:
- High School or equivalent degree
- Medical office or customer service experience preferred
Job Description:
We are looking for a positive and professional front desk receptionist in a busy counseling office. Being a good team player and having effective communication skills are a must. The receptionist position involves greeting patients and helping them to feel comfortable, while remaining calm and courteous with in-person and over-the-phone patient interactions. Skills necessary include being detail-oriented while multi-tasking in a fast-paced office.
Job Tasks:
- Greet patients when they arrive
- Schedule and cancel appointments
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- Enter demographics information
- Communicate with providers about any schedule changes
- Inform patients of company’s policy
- Collect co-pays and balances
- Assist patients as needed
Job Details:
- Job Type – Part-time Position Monday - Friday
- Schedule – 9 A.M. - 3 P.M.
- 25 Hours per week
- $17.00 hourly pay
- Work remotely – No
