Senior UX Researcher (Quantitative Focus)

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher with deep expertise in quantitative research methods and strong proficiency in mixed-methodologies. This role will play a key part in shaping product direction by generating actionable insights and clearly communicating research findings to influence design and product decisions.

Role Overview

The Senior UX Researcher will partner closely with Product Design, Product Management, and cross-functional stakeholders to lead research initiatives that inform strategy, improve user experiences, and drive measurable impact. This individual will be expected to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that guide decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives with a strong emphasis on quantitative methodologies, while leveraging qualitative approaches when appropriate
• Design, execute, and analyze studies that inform product strategy and user experience improvements
• Collaborate closely with Product Design and cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are embedded into the product development lifecycle
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
• Communicate insights effectively through storytelling, presentations, and documentation
• Proactively identify research opportunities aligned to business and product needs

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of UX Research experience, ideally within healthcare or highly regulated enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in quantitative research methods, with demonstrated experience in mixed-methodologies
• Experience working with legacy systems, complex workflows, regulatory constraints, and internal enterprise tools
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Design teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and influence decision-making
• Excellent communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex enterprise environments
• Ability to balance speed and rigor in research execution
• Strong storytelling skills to translate data into compelling insights and recommendations
