Job Title: Interim Accounting Manager or Controller
Location: Rosemont, IL
Compensation: $50 - $75 / Hour
Type of Employment : Contract/interim
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
· Close the books
· Handle monthly reporting
· Check runs - would be proposing recommended invoices based on invoices received and entered in AP. They will not have access to our banking system so the actual check run will be facilitated but our part time AP specialist and approved by CFO
· Handling some month end analytics
· Preparing ad hoc analysis
· Strong Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS)
· QuickBooks
