Job Title: Epicor Analyst

Reports to: CEO

Position Status: Salary

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Epicor Analyst will provide technical and functional analysis, design, installation, maintenance, customization, support, training and modification of the ERP system. This is an intricate role for the company and will report to the CEO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with all departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Configure Epicor modules to support process improvements, business needs, and best practices

Provide support for Epicor users including training sessions.

Lead and support process improvements

Assist in change management

Design, develop, and maintain BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and custom reports using Epicor ICE Tools and SSRS

Perform system troubleshooting

Develop and maintain 3rd party system integrations

Manage and execute data migrations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Epicor Kinetic experience a must

C#, BAQ’s, BPM’s, SSRS, Dashboards, APIs, DMT experience

EDI and cybersecurity experience a plus

Manufacturing modules within Epicor

Business processes, automation, business workflows

Training and troubleshooting experience

Bilingual is a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Must work well with others

• Computer Literacy – Use of Microsoft Office and Excel, demonstrated ability to extract data, generate queries and reports.
