Your Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help keep the site running smoothly and motivate your team to perform at a high level. You will:

• Support the Site Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
• Lead shifts, direct team members, and maintain clear communication throughout the day.
• Train and mentor employees to provide exceptional service and represent the brand with professionalism.
• Manage opening/closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists.
• Reinforce a service-first, sales-driven culture that boosts membership performance.
• Champion a clean, safe, efficient site environment.

Compensation & Perks:
