Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Specialist to support daily HR operations and bi-weekly payroll processing. This role will serve as the internal Paylocity expert, helping maintain system accuracy, support reporting needs, and assist employees with HR and payroll-related questions. This is a highly visible role that works closely with HR leadership and plays a key part in system optimization and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Paylocity super-user, maintaining data integrity, system updates, and ongoing improvements
• Process bi-weekly payroll including reviewing timecards, pay calculations, PTO, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
• Audit payroll for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Generate reports and analyze system data to support HR initiatives and compliance
• Assist with onboarding, new hire documentation, and employee record management
• Administer benefits enrollments, changes, and employee communications
• Support 401(k) administration and HR compliance efforts
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
• Provide general HR administrative support and project assistance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR support experience with strong payroll knowledge
• Hands-on experience using Paylocity
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable running reports and exploring system capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a major plus
