Your Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Cedar Ridge, you’ll be at the heart of patient care, ensuring the highest quality of service for our residents.

• Be a compassionate leader and advocate for residents
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents.
• Collaborate with a stellar team of healthcare professionals
• Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered
• Encourage restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence
• Any other job duties, as assigned by my management

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois
