We are seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our team and play a key role in supporting our attorneys and clients.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail‑oriented professional capable of managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on substantive legal matters and to gain exposure to multiple practice areas. Prior experience in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas is preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate & Business Law

· Prepare and file corporate formation documents, annual reports, and state filings

· Assist with drafting operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder/LLC documents, and corporate resolutions

· Maintain corporate records and entity books

Litigation

· Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other court documents

· Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines

· Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination

· Conduct factual and legal research under attorney supervision

Real Estate (Commercial & Residential)

· Assist with purchase and sale transactions, title review, closing preparation, and post-closing follow-up

· Coordinate with lenders, brokers, title companies, and clients

· Prepare closing documents and track contract deadlines

Estates, Trusts & Estate Administration

· Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney) under attorney guidance

· Prepare probate filings, inventories, accountings, and related documents

· Communicate with executors, beneficiaries, and financial institutions

· Manage estate administration timelines and filings

Qualifications

· A minimum of 2–5+ years of paralegal experience preferred, ideally in a multi‑practice or general practice firm

· Strong drafting, organizational, and case-management skills

· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple matters simultaneously

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal practice management software is a plus

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Ability to work independently while also being a team player
