The Job at a Glance
As HRIS Analyst (Internally known as connecting the HRIS dots), you will be responsible for maintaining our HRIS system (Ceridian Dayforce), including system configuration and enhancements, ensuring data integrity, establishing key processes and workflows, and troubleshooting system issues. You will also be critical to supporting mergers and acquisitions, coordinating the transition of the key HRIS items from the established systems to our current HRIS System. You will be leading the process of identifying, coordinating, and executing steps related to successful acquisition setup, and special alignment by building out new organizational structure, policies, pay codes, and benefits within our HRIS system. A Typical Day
- Drive HR system configurations, enhancements, and integration projects from start to finish with an emphasis on data integrity and change management.
- Build and maintain key system processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and proper system controls.
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize HR processes, and support broader HR technology initiatives.
- Create and maintain workflows, organizational structures, pay codes, forms, and other system components.
- Support ongoing HRIS operations including entitlement configuration, report building, and system documentation.
- Participate in HRIS integration efforts for newly acquired entities - merging systems, benefits, payroll, and policies.
- Lead and manage tasks related to due diligence, integration planning, and post-close implementation.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external partners to identify and implement system improvements.
- Utilize XML for full-cycle coding of applications and functionality within our HRIS platform (Ceridian Dayforce).
- Provide analytics and reporting support; identify data trends and deliver insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Support HR team members across the business in aligning policy and process with system capabilities.
To Land This Opportunity
- You have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS administration, or HR technology implementation.
- You are thriving in the management of implementing all the HRIS-related projects from start to finish at all levels of complexity and scale. When your plate is full, you play at your highest level!
- You are a Guru of Ceridian Dayforce reports and data trends module, data tells stories to you with a help of MS Excel spreadsheets – you know all the tips and tricks!
- You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- You are agile and adapt well to change in a fast-paced environment.
- You juggle multiple things at once but don't miss a beat when it comes to details!
- You enjoy figuring out processes, practices, and procedures to accomplish goals.
- You deep dive to navigate and find the right answers.
- You are innovative and enthusiastic, a critical spirit who strongly believes that data is vital for better understanding.
- You enjoy leading through change management and always see the big picture.

The salary range for this role is $104,090.69 to $127,221.95 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
