About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Herrin, Illinois, 62948!

Shift

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights
• Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

Responsibilities (Short)

• Provide Med-Surg adult patient care with a 5:1 ratio
• Perform ongoing assessments, documentation, and monitoring
• Manage stroke patients , requiring NIHSS assessments
• Administer medications and follow care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and respond to patient needs
• Use EPIC EMR for charting
