Job Description

Candidate will:

• Work under the supervision of the registered nurse in delivering safe and effective care to the patient during the intra operative period.
• Work closely with all members of the professional team, medical staff, patients/resident and their families and hospital personnel.

Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology or accredited school of nursing is preferred
• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist by the State of Illinois is preferred
• BLS certified

Grade 18.
