Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) is the charitable arm of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service club organization. Since 1968, LCIF has awarded more than $1 billion in grants, helping combat vision problems, provide valuable life skills to youth, respond to major catastrophes, and build programs to address the needs of at-risk and vulnerable populations. LCIF is also working to reduce the prevalence of diabetes and improve the quality of life for those living with the disease. In addition, the foundation is expanding its global causes to include childhood cancer, hunger and the environment while raising funds to empower even more service from Lions.

These are not things that any one Lion, club or district can do alone. But together, we can. We are currently looking for a Donor Services Processing Associate to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.

Position Highlights:
Process donations for assigned payment types and ensuring timely/accurate data entry.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the accounting department to identify all LCIF donations. Ensure donations are identified and processed accordingly.
• Operate in various financial databases to confirm donations, retrieve transaction reports and reconcile donation activity.
• Assemble donation related documentation and ensure it is properly indexed and linked with the donation payment data.
• Input donation and recognition information into database.
• Review and process daily closing to confirm all pending donations are completed.
• Work with donor assistance and accounting teams to research and resolve donation issues.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• Graduation from high school, some college and accounting bookkeeping courses preferred.
• Three-plus years of experience in Accounts Receivable or customer service desirable
• Excellent math, analytical and problem-solving skills. Organized and very detailed oriented, with a high degree of accuracy within a high volume and deadline-oriented environment.
• Comfort with operating in multiple different databases and technical solutions.
• Ability to learn new processes and rapidly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Experience with computerized AR/Accounting software, such as Lawson, PeopleSoft or Oracle is helpful.
